یادداشت .
1- مشمول این فصل نمیشود:
الف - پستانداران مشمول شماره 0106
ب - گوشت پستانداران مشمول شماره 0106 ( شماره های یا 0210 )
ج - ماهی (از جمله جگر، تخم و منی)، قشرداران، صدفداران و سایر آبزیان فاقد ستون فقرات، مرده که نوعاً یا به حالتی که عرضه میشود برای خوراک انسان قابل مصرف نباشد (فصل 5)؛ آرد، زبره و به هم فشرده ماهی ها یا قشرداران، صدفداران یا سایر آبزیان (Pellets) به صورت حبه یا فاقد ستون فقرات، نامناسب برای خوراک انسان (شماره 2301) یا
د - خاویار و بدل خاویار آماده شده از تخم ماهی (شماره 1604)
2- در این فصل واژه به هم فشرده به شکل حبه " Pellets " یعنی محصولاتی که به شکل استوانه، گلوله کوچک و غیره هستند که خواه مستقیماً با فشار یا با افزودن یک مقدار جزئی چسباننده به هم فشرده شده باشند.
مندرجات ذیل یادداشت فصل 3
1- ورود و صدور موکول به رعایت ماده 7 قانون دامپزشکی کشور مصوب 1350 و ماده 16 قانون مواد خوردنی، آشامیدنی، آرایشی و بهداشتی مصوب 1346 حسب مورد است.
2- ورود ماهی زنده غیرزینتی برای اصلاح نژاد و تکثیر و پرورش با موافقت وزارت بازرگانی پس از کسب نظر وزارت جهاد کشاورزی می باشد.
3- لارو میگو و میگوی زنده برای اصلاح نژاد و تکثیر و پرورش با موافقت و زارت بازرگانی پس از کسب نظر وزارت جهاد کشاورزی می باشد.
3- جهت اطلاع از کالاهای معاف از مالیات ارزش افزوده به ضمیمه شماره ۸ مراجعه شود.

(c) fish (including livers and roes thereof) or crustaceans, mollusks or other aquatic invertebrates, dead and unfit or unsuitable for human consumption by reason of either their species or their condition (chapter 5); flours, meals or pellets of fish or of crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates, unfit for human consumption (heading 2301); or
(d) caviar or caviar substitutes prepared form fish eggs (heading 1604).

1٫ importation and exportation are subject to the observance of Article seven of the veterinary law adopted in 1317 or article 16 of the law on foodstuffs and beverages approved in 1967, as the case may requite.
